Intermittent Fasting

Hey Fellas, this article is for those who want to reduce weight, gain muscle and look healthy ( cool). Recently i have heard and read about intermittent fasting. So i wanted to share this info you people. Tried all the workouts diet plan to get smart look, nothing worked isn't it ?.
Do not fear for this new term, it has been natural followed by our ancestors (when there is scarce for food). So what is Intermittent Fasting, fasting for continous 20 hours (24 is also accepted but not recommended) without eating food but drinking only water. Many hardcore eaters may scolding me, but this is the only way to lose fat (its all fate ).

Benefits of Intermittent Fasting :

  • Saves money. 
  • Slows down aging . 
  • Reduces oxidative stress . 
  • Lowers insulin levels . 
  • Reduces the risk of various diseases such as diabetes. 
  • Decreased body fat & body weight 
  • Maintenance of skeletal muscle mass (you won’t lose muscle in other words, despite what the bodybuilding community falsely claims) 
  • Decreased blood glucose levels 
  • Decreased insulin levels & increased insulin sensitivity (avoiding diabetes and obesity is a good thing right?!) 
  • Increased lipolysis & fat oxidation (which leads to ABS  ) 
  • Increased Uncoupling Protein 3 mRNA 
  • Increased norepinephrine & epinephrine levels (more energy and ‘awakeness’) 
  • Increased Glucagon levels 
  • Increased growth hormone levels
