Everybody say “Love is pain”, If you ask me I will say ” Not knowing, whether you are in love (Confused mindset)” that is real pain. I fell for her, I love her But do not know whether she loves me back.

As soon as i ended her cousin Neetu’s call, Wanted to check her mobile phone. But didn’t do it. I returned back to her home, she was waiting for me besides her house gate. stopped my bike and asked her

why are you waiting outside ??
Anju : I can go anytime in, why are you back again ???
(I knew, she wanted her phone back. But she wanted me to give all by myself.This gal is so stubborn…!)
I : No, actually i came here to reappeal my proposal
Anju : what proposal ??
I : Meeting proposal
(I took extra privilage to flirt with her confidently)
Anju : no Mr. Raj that is not possible, If you wanna meet me again come to chennai
I : ohhhh.. chennai.. I’ll try my best to come
(Heck yeah…Im desperate for her, will go anywhere to be with her)
Anju :Ok. But im sure you will come to chennai to meet me very soon…
I : Ha ha ha.. ok … I give up, Came here to give your phone back.
Anju: oh..Thank you.
I : You are always welcome. You didn’t went inside,after i dropped you..
Anju : Nahi re. I know you will come back to return my phone. So waiting here only
I : ok..then Byee..
I left her place and another two days didn’t get much messages neither on Facebook nor over phone. But i messaged her didn’t get proper reply, may be she was busy with her cousin’s engagement.After three days (Tuesday) got her ping on Facebook.
Anju : Oye Mr.Raj kaise ho ?? (Hey Raj how are you ??)
I : Badiya ji aap batao (Im good.. You tell me ?)
Anju : Badiya yaar… (Good)
I: Hey by the way convey my regards to your Cousin.
Anju : Sure will do.
I : when are you getting married ??
Anju : may be next year. My Dad started searching alliance for me.
I  : so soon ???
Anju : Wat to do man, dad is IPS officer. He is very strict can’t do anything against his wish.
(I have to admit, my gal is very clever. She was conveying me that, time is less do something to make me yours. Also she is warning me about her father.)
I : Really ?? My Dad is IAS … cheers
Anju : wat ??
I : Im not kidding yar. He got transfered from chennai last year to bglre
AnjU : ohh great . Leave that when are you coming to chennai ???
I : chennai… i do not have much work there. so may be will not go there for a while
Anju : hmmm ok…
(Whenever girls get annoyed or bored they will start using words like “hmmmm”, “k.. k…”, “watever”, “hmmmm ok”. I know, she is angry. )
I : he he he ..Just kidding yar. Will come this weekend. Better be free will go to movie on sunday:D
Anju : hmmmm … ok da. I have no plans for this weekend . See you soon.
I made plan to go to chennai on saturday, was eagerly waiting for that day. Not intrested in work and was dreaming about my angel at office. I was totally mesmerised by her. Whoever i saw(girls) resembled like Anjali to me. My Heart was playing with my brain.

It was thursday afternoon got a call from Anjali i picked it after 5 rings (wanted to show her that i am working, Busy) I said “Yello”, But she was not speaking and call got disconnected after few seconds. I felt something terrible inside me. called her back Couldn’t able to reach her. Anjali and her call occupied my mind and couldn’t concentrate on anything the whole afternoon. After continously trying for 3 hours, my call was picked. I spoke “Hey anjali, what happened ??” the opposite person said “mai anjali ka maa hu ,she met with an accident and we admitted her in MIOT hospital”. I was shocked and replied “wat ?? ohh I am sorry aunty” and hung the call.

I couldn’t think properly or do anything, i was able to think only about Anjali. I went home by 7.00 Pm and told my mom that my friend had terrible accident and left to chennai.Boarded KSRTC Bus and reached chennai next day (Friday) morning 5 am,
Went to my friend’s house to freshen up and 8 o clock sharp took my friend’s bike to see anjali.

At 8.30 reached MIOT hospital and enquired about Anjali, Receptionist guided me to a room. I went to that room, Anjali was sleeping. I saw her mother sitting there reading Hindu newspaper. I introduced myself that im anjali’s friend and i spoke to her yesterday, came to check on anjali. She told Anjali was given sedation to sleep and she just slept a few minutes ago ( she hadn’t slept properly for two days.. May be this is the reason for accident:( ) . I said ok and disappointed. Her mother noticed my dissappointment, tried to wake her up. She said “Anju beta, dheak thera dhost Raj aagaya” (Even she is calling her Anju… ). After few seconds Anjali started murmuring loud  “Ohh Raj…”, Her mother shook her up again “Anjali”.Anju again started murmuring ” Baby,You came for me… ? Mera pehla pyaar… “. Listening to this her mother was surprised, started telling somethig and stopped hearing a voice from outside.

“Nilemma” a tall gentlmen (aged 45-50) entered room wearing Police uniform accomponied by two policemen carrying fruit baskets (Holy Mother!!!). He is Anjali ‘s father Rahul shukla …

Is that It - IV

At the  first glance itself Angeli Shukla, yeah no wonder in calling her Angel. she is pretty like an angel and unique. Her cute dimple makes me think she is the one. she is like breathe of fresh air.

She was laughing for a while in front of our meeting spot. I said “ummm ok so…no need to have formal introduction, shall we stick to our plan ??” she said “Yes yes chal lets go ” We reached oberoi in next 10 mins, sat opposite on our table.

Anju : I know this place as resort and hotel.
I : Yeah yeah, i wanted our Date (oops..!) ahem ahem.. meet.. meet… (acted as if i had a terrible cough) meeting should be good.
Anju : mmmmm hmmm…Great.
I : And i have heard food here is fantastic, so wanna try that
Anju : Hmm.whatever
(she got angry, And gave me a “Wat are you man ?? Are you normal ? Why are you talking about food when you are with a beautiful gal ???” look. I gave her a sheepy smile in reply )
I : Ok lets have something , Lets have chicken soup ! (She stopped me immediately )
Anju : Hey Im vegeterian
I h Im sorry
(Guys my personal opinion,  whenever you are in Date or even a formal meeting with a gal. Allow her to choose the menu (including what you should eat that day). And do not allow her to pay the check. I know what you are thinking. But its a code of conduct on a Date..:( ).
Anju : Im  Brahmin.
I : Wat ?? How could i didn’t notice this ??
Anju : Wat ???
I : Yeah most of the Brahmin gals are good lookin and smart. I missed to notice that in you
Anju : Are you telling im not good looking ?
I : No No No.. You are beautiful
Anju : ohh thanks (Gave a blushing smile ) By the way how you Managed to get this place only for dinning
I : My friend is public relation manager here. So made a deal with him to reserve a table on his name and i will pay for dinner. Piece of cake
(Only i know, as a service tax i have to buy him weekend drinks )
Anju : Hmmmm clever
I : Is that a serious compliment are you saying it for a sake that I told you beautiful a while back ?
Anju : Oh you got me
I : wooooh rude… :@
Anju : chillax seriously you are clever

we had dinner for an hour and half (Longest dinner ever in my life, But every minute is worthy). We finished our dinner and chat. We shared our hobbies and “likes and dislikes ” and left the hotel.Most of the thing we shared are  common between us, Our intrests hobbies and likes, dislikes. In science “Like poles repel each other”. But here like poles attract each other, Screw  you Physics.


I asked her to wait on the road, so that i can take my bike to pick her up. After 2 mins i came out with my bike to her. She was talking to a guy, She introduced me to him “Hey Raj this is my Best friend Ajay, Ajay  this is my friend Raj”. “Ajay is my Best friend from kinder garden”. we had a formal introduction and i came to know that he is working in a MNC here in Bangalore. He asked her “You going home, Need a lift ? ” That bugger has Honda city car and i should accept he is smarter than me (good looking). For an instance, she told him “Nahi yaar, I will go with raj. You carry on Bye”. I was happy, she chose me over him. I dropped her at home and she said “thank you raj i had a great time”. I said “Pleasure is mine mam. When are you going back to chennai ?” she said “tommorow or may be monday”. I said “Can we meet again? tommorow ?” she said “Hey tommorow my cousin’s engagement.” I said “ok then. Bye” she said “Bye TC will call you when i am free”

I left her palce with a great disappointment and started to my home and i feel some thing that troubles me in my heart. I stopped my bike and checked it was her phone vibrating in my shirt pocket . she gave it to me when she went to rest room. she was getting a call from Neetu (Anju’s cousin who is having engaement tommorow) I thought Anju is calling to ask her phone back. I pick the call but didn’t say anything. The opposite person started talking “Aur madam, Kahan hu?? gar aarahe ho ki nahi? In btw how was your date ??”. I said “Wat ??” (Yeah i spoke, couldn’t control myself). After hearing my voice she hang up the phone immediately.

I wouldn't say those two days passed like two years. Infact I almost forgot that, I was going to meet a gal (may be a special gal ever ;)) coz i had project deliverables in that weekend. It was friday evening, I messaged her over phone thought that she might already in Bglre "Hey Anjali where are you ?? Are we meeting today??", got her reply after 15 minutes saying that "Hey sorry Raj, i'm coming to Bglre tomorow.not sure about meeting yet :(, got struck with some work here in chennai.." Hearing this makes me disappointed and my heart bleeds :'(.
I : Come on Anjali, this is bad.
Anju : I know da.. But my dad has some official work to complete here in chennai. He is damn strict :( Else I will be there with you now..
( wooooow.:D. I liked her calling me da... :))
I : hmmm.. its ok may be we are not destined to meet... :(
Anju : Ha ?? Destiny ?? how destiny comes into picture here ??
I : just felt like :'(
Anju : ok ok cool.... we are coming to Bglre tomorow, Boarding shatabti express.. we'll meet tomorow Evening.. wat say ??
I : Cooooooool...:D
Anju : Hmmm tats great, u have to smile always.. Don be sad. :)

I : Sure MAM anything for you... :D

Anju : Ok have to pack my things up.. Bye See ya tomorow...
I : BuBye.

After closing the chat, I went into dream, yes i am a day dreamer " I was dreaming how will she look like ??". Trust me Folks, she didn't have her photos on FB. she has only a baby photo as her profile pic.

Rise and shine, It was saturday i was excited to meet an unknown friend. I groomed myself for a Date ... Yes its a Date for me ;).. :D For the first time I decided to call her over phone to confirm about the meeting place and time. After three rings i heared "Hello", i have to admit her voice is sooooo sweet.After a long pause, I spoke
"Hey Anjali, Raj here...",
Anju : Hey Raj wassup, Babba Finally you called me...!:D
( She sound excited !)
I : Hmm Yeah, wanna confirm the meeting place and time.
Anju : If thers no such meeting, You wouldn't called me rite ??
I : Hmm Yeah.. you can say that :D
Anju : How rudeee, Poda i won't come to meet you. Im angry bye.
I : he he he jus kidding yaar.. Sorry sorry.
Anju : Hmm.. Apology accepted.. :)
I : Ok, Are you free at 7 PM ??
Anju : Few hours back landed in Bglre.. will take rest for some time and will meet you by 8. wat say ??
I : Sounds good...:D i have reserved a table in Oberoi.. :D
Anju : WooooW Oberoi.. Sooooper, Pick me up by 8 near MG Road near Taj Residency.
I : Hey wait, how can i recogonize you.. Gimme your photo,theres no photo of yours in FB.. :(
Anju : Yeah, But you have your photo rite ?? I will recogonize you.. Don worry ;)

I got ready and took my Bike by 7.15 PM, Coz its weekend and no need to advertise about the weekend traffic in bglre. I reached the spot by 7.45, Yes its 15 mins advance, wanna give her surprise. So i stopped my bike 50 meters (Approximately ) before the residency and checked the spot, no one is there except a beautiful gal wearing white salwar with all matching accessories and an iphone in her hand. I wished  she should be anjali(shes that cute ), But she didnt show that she know me and shes standing at a place which is not my meeting spot. so neglected her and waiting for my Angel... But to my surprise a Demon came there...

 A Traffic Seargent came to me and asked something in kannad.. I replied him in Hindi "Sir i don know kannad.. Pls talk in english or hindi". He said "No Hinid,, I speak English, you speak english ok ??"
Seargent : Where is License ??
You know the goodness of mother tongue is, It will come out without your knowledge in critical situations... You can't stop it... It happened to me...
I murmured in tamil "matnean da (God Im dead)." Seargent came to me smiling...!
Seargent : "Endha ooru thambi...(where are you from )?"
I : I couldn't beleive it, Traffic seargent is speaking in tamil. :-o Sir chennai sir
Seargent : Hmm, so you don have license?? ridind like a hero in this city and parked your bike in no parking area??
I : Sir, pls sir i am waiting for my gal.(I spoke in English)..
Searge : Wat ??
I replied the same in tamil
Searge : Hmm Ok.. see you have broke three rules. I can file three cases on you..
1. you don have license
2. You parked in no parking area.
3. You might not have NOC for this bike (My Bike is TN registered).
So you have leave you bike here and walk to your home... :D
(Searge gave me a grin )
I : Sir pls sir, Its an important day to me.
Searge : Hmm ok .. You are from chennai.. ok give me 500 bucks and its between you and me.. You can go
I : Sir i don have money sir, I have only 100 rs
(Hearing this seargent got angry ..)
Serge : Wat ?? Give me your wallet, let me check
I gave him my wallet, coz i don have money more than 100 Rs and few sodexo coupons. thank god my credit and Atm card was hidden inside the wallet. ;) He took a sodexo coupon and asked me, whats this, 50 rs is written here ?? I replied sir this is sodexo coupon.

searge : Hmmm ok.. I m taking this 100 Rs and all three coupons. Ok Bye drive safe.

(He took those coupons worth of 250 Rs and he asked me how and where to use those coupons :@ )

I was angry about that seargent and my stomach was burning, coz my money is gone and its month end...:( I was looking around, the same white salwar gal was standing there and laughing.. I was irritated so much.. She came to me and asked "So you waiting for your gal eh ??" I replied " Excuse me ? " Is that bother you ?? she said " no no sorry " and stepped back.

I checked my time it was 8.20 already, out of frustration I dialed anjali, phone was ringing but no response. It added addtional fuel to my anger fire. I looked at that white salwar again. She was staring at me. I thought myself that "Something is wrong...! Something is going on!". She again came to me and asked "Excuse me" I asked her with red face out of anger "Wat ???". She said "Nothing I guess you know all the finest restaurants in Bglre, So can you guide me to one ???" I replied "Sorry im not a tour guide and i don know any restaurants". She said "oh sorry for the trouble again, My Fault". Random thoughts flowed in my mind... " Whats her problem ? What she doin in the middle of no where ? asking nonsense to me and irritating me. May be shes waiting for some one". "What the heck" . I turned towards her, She was laughing a loud. I got off my bike and went to her, she was still laughing and winked at me. I asked Anjali ?? She replied "Hello Raj"... :D

Chatting with her was good. Though i had many friends (Especially galS) talking to them was boring, But it was good talking to her.But I have to face consequences ie one more personality came out of me i will refer him as "Evil Me"

Me  : ha ha ha yes my favourite subject ever :-)

(Evil me : Seriously :-O ??? Zoology ?? then y didn't you go for Medicine ?? :P)

Anju : How will you say a particular thing or a person as your favourite ?

I : Simple, if that thing or person makes me happy when they are with me then tats my favourite

(Evil Me : aha ha Aristotle in 2011...!)

Anju : ohhhh... so then whos ur favourite person. ? :P

I : So far my friends are my world, whatever happens will share with them and hang out with them makes me feel good.


Anju : Ok... So how was ur day in office ?

I : DO we really need to have these boring conversation ?

Anju : Wat ?? Boring Conversation ? :-o

I : Yes.. hows ur day ?? had dinner ?? then wat else ?? these are boring conversation and i don like to have such a conversation, atleast with you :(

( Though i said that, I know she wanted to drag the conversation... :D)

Anju : Ok.. so u want to discuss abt World Economics and Current Politics in india ??, Don behave nerdy

I thought of asking her Phone no but didn't, coz i don wanna be desperate for her and I don wanna be just another guy to ruin this wonderful relationship.

Desperation for a gal make us fools and show as a clown to that gal. Months passed with constant chatting with her on FB, almost everyday same time :D. In the mean time, she asked my number ( Trust me guys, I can't beleive myself) and we exchanged our numbers. Chatting went on FB and on a third party messaging software over phones (whatsApp Wonderful invention if you ask me... :D).


I wanted to meet her, so i asked her "Hey Lets meet somewhere in Bglre or Chennai. I know some finest restaurants in both these cities... wat say ??" She replied "OMG! You asking for a Date???:P"

(Evil ME : Yes MAM, He fell for you, hes in love with you :P)

I : ha ?? You think, im asking for a Date ???

Anju : I thought so ???

(My Mind voice: Wat u thinking gal, u wanted me to ask for a Date ??? ohh Lord pls help me understand these gals they talk in different vocabulary.:( )

I : No no no... I Just wanted to meet you tats all.

Anju : Hmmmm okies.. I will Come to Bglre to meet you, in two days. How does that sounds??

I :Aweeeesomeee :D.

Is that it

It was a pleasant saturday morning in the month of December. Being a software Engineer by profession, it was like two days parol from jail on saturday and sunday. As normal saturday, I woke up at 10 AM opened facebook without even washing my face…! There was
some notifications and one friend request awaiting for me. Eagerly opened the request, It was a girl named “Anjali shukla”. I don know the girl but still accepted her friend request ( Don wanna miss my chance ), And as a good boy left her a message saying “Do i know you ???”.

After finishing my day today activities, I accomponied by my friend went out to Fame mall for shopping. we came home by 6 o clock and again i checked my facebook by  7 Pm. There was a message, (Guess what) left by Anjali. The message was “Sorry my mistake, thought you are some one else.”. Immediately i went online, Yes most of the time i put my status as “Go offline”. Replied her “Sorry to disappoint you, But i am not some one else. I am ME ”. After a few minutes she came online (Hurray!).

The conversation was carried on for 20 minutes and it was like this.

Anju : ha ha ha … You are funny…! :) 
I : Thank you.I guess soo.
Anju : SO what you are doing, If I can ask ? :O
I : oh Pls don be formal, you have earned your rights to
 ask questions. The very instant i accepted your frnd request.
Anju : :O :O :O ohhhh okk.. then answer me.
(Damn this gal is using more smileys than words !!! Better i also start using smileys)
I : I am software engineer working in an MNC Bglre. :) ( mind voice : yeah my boy you’re doing great… Continue ).
ANju : ohh great
I : yeah kinda… So wat r u doin ?
Anju : Nothing much pursuing my MBA in chennai.
I : ha huh ? where r u from ? I think you are from north ??
Anju : hmmm yes yes.. Im from delhi, Moved to chennai an year back with my family.
I : ohh sad
Anju : Y ??? :-O
I : An year back i moved to Bglre with my family. If i were there i can meet you…
Anju : okk.. Have to go. Mom calling me bye…
I : Bye

At the end i got Red lines “Anjali Shukla is offline, You can still send her message, which will be delivered as soon as she come online”. ( I asked myself, Did i gone too much, Damn me, I shouldn’t have started flirting with her. ). Though she was taking time to reply my msgs, It was good talking to her. I screwed it .

Days passed without chatting, Exactly after 6 days 3 hrs got her msg in my inbox. “SO Mr.Busy Bee ??? How are you? ” sent 10 mins ago. My Heart was pounding, Replied her immeadiately “Busy Bee me ??? No “Queen Bee” I am worker Bee (U can say Slave Bee)” and went online… But she was offline

After 2 mins got her reply “oh. Some one is good in Zoology ” and she came online …
